Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is closed. Authors have been informed if their paper has been accepted for an oral or poster presentation. Extended abstracts in English and French are sought for inclusion in a conference publication.

We have extended the deadline for electronical submission of the extended abstracts (and the translated original abstract) to noon (UTC) on the 6th of November 2005.

The files should be named using the conference serial number. Please indicate the presenting author.

Presentation details:

Extended abstracts can be submitted as either word or pdf documents. They should be no more than 2 pages, these are the only formatting issues.

Poster: The orientation for the poster is PORTRAIT (and not Landscape as previously advised).

A single conference fee will be charged to cover registration, hotel costs, reception, and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Please download details of the fees and payment methods:

• AMMA EU members: check web page for young scientists funding
• AMMA France members: central funds will finance a limited number of places (decision by 20/10/05). Please register but wait for the decision of the CCMA before paying.
• AMMA Africa: limited funding available, see website for more details.

We have extended the deadline for registration to noon (UTC) on the 6th of November. Since 7th of November, registration is closed.

PLEASE NOTE that your payment must still arrive at the conference finance office by 14th November to avoid the late fee surcharge (75 €). After this time there will be a late registration fee of 75€. Applications to attend the impact workshop also closed at noon (UTC) 6th of November.
